Discover the creatures from other dimensions that you have to keep track of.
Although it must be said that the seventh generation that brought us to Alola is known for the inclusion of the regional formsthe reality is that these were not the only Pokémon that arrived with Pokémon Sun and Moon, while there was another group of creatures that stole much of the attention of the players: the Ultra Beings.
And it is that the premise of these is quite simple, since with all the elements that allude to other dimensions, we can see that these Pokémon are described as pokemon from other worlds, thereby giving rise to the capture of the same was an event despite the fact that Ultrasol and Ultraluna facilitated it. And that is why if at the time we talked about the best Alola forms, now it is the turn to see the best Ultra Entities in pokemon.
Ultra Entities are Pokémon that come from other dimensions.
Given this, it should be noted that so far we have not seen any Ultra Entity in our previous tops, since, as has happened with the top of the best paradox forms of the past, since these Pokémon have a rather special category that makes them , in some way, superior to common pokemonit was decided to leave them out of the rest of the tops.
However, that does not prevent discarding, since this time we are going to gather the five best Ultra Beasts that are available in all Pokémon games since the seventh generation, thus giving rise to a total of 11 different species and that Poipole is a pre-evolution, this leaves us with five Ultra Beasts left out. And in that sense, I already anticipate that these are Nihilego, Buzzwole, Xurkitree, Guzzlord and Blacephalon. Therefore, we are going to know what makes the rest of the Ultra Entities special:
Stakataka
Starting with the Ultra Ente that had its debut during the seventh generation revisions, it must be said that Stakataka is one of the best forms to make a Pokémon with x4 weaknesses, while it is well known that the combination of types of Steel / Rock is considered one of the worst, since, after all, it is weak to Fighting and Ground, types extremely common. It’s enough to see that they removed the Rock type from Mega Aggron in order to fix it back in the day.
However, in the case of Stakataka we can see what has been the correct way to do thissince this incredible weakness is seen rewarded for some enviable Defenses that make it a wall par excellence capable of resist the vast majority of attacks even if they are very effective.
And in fact Stakataka is not limited solely to this, since although it might seem that its low speed can be an impediment, the reality is that the opposite happens, since it is enough for him to activate Tricky Space, a movement that he can learn, to be able to finish off all his rivals. In fact, putting Body Iron on it and the Fighting-type Teracrystallization could be brutal for all those who use it against it.
pheromosa
Possibly the oldest on this list, since Pheromosa was presented in a trailer long before the launch of Pokémon Sun and Moon, being ironically the complete opposite of Stakataka, since although the latter shines for its high Defense against its low Speed, with Pheromosa the opposite happenssince its Defenses are made of paper, so that even a Round Trip (which resists with a x0.25), can do a lot of damage.
And it is right here where Pheromosa’s strategy comes in, since it is about an extremely fast pokemon that it is capable of attacking before any other Pokémon with an Attack and Special Attack which it can take advantage of due to how high it is. In fact, it is usually carried with the Expert Tape and movements with enough coverages such as Ice Beam, Noxious Puya, among many others to cover any possible weakness.
And it is that if all this was not enough, just activate one time the Ultra Boost it becomes a Pokémon capable of surpassing anyone. In fact, unless the opponent has Impulse, it is quite likely that with an increase in this stat it will already be impossible to beat him.
Naganadel
Honestly, I had a lot of doubts about putting Naganadel in the second or third place, but in the end I went with this one because the number 2 is much more consistent in the long run. In any case, when talking about Naganadel we talk about the Ultimate dragon to kill the fairiessince it is an extremely powerful Pokémon.
For starters, it has a Special Attack and Abysmal Speed, which helps us to choose whether to increase one stat or the other with Ultra Boost. To this we must add that access to movements such as Dragon Pulse, Mud Bomb, Flare, Draco Comet, Lightning, among many others allow it to be able to do away with much of the type tableso that a Machination is enough for him to be unstoppable.
In fact, it is not that there are too many Pokémon that can stop it, because if anything, those that are faster could stop it, but the reality is that Naganadel is an amazing Pokemonwhich is worth taking on the team, especially seeing that in the eighth generation his Dynamax form could increase his Special Attack thanks to Mud Bomb
Celesteela
As I have already mentioned, the second place has been very disputed, but even though Celesteela has already earned a higher position in the top of the best Pokémon of the seventh generation, we had to be consistent with the decision made at that time. Be that as it may, the reality is that everything said at that time applies to Celesteela once again, this being a Pokémon that is, in short, Improved Skarmory.
This can be seen from the fact that its type combination causes it to have a high amount of stamina, such that only Fire and Electric type moves can deal effective damage to itwhich in itself makes it a very defensive and durable Pokémon, especially if combined with Drains, Substitutes, Substitute, and Protection, which can be quite a headache for opponents.
What’s more, the combats in his day were not rare in which two Celesteela were wearing each other down, which usually caused the fight to drag on excessively. However, with the arrival of the eighth generation and Dynamax, Celesteela could now get more out of her Air Slash, which could help her speed up. And if she managed to weaken the enemy, she could raise her Special Attack. Long story short, she was like use a special Dragon Dance.
kartana
Those who have entered the top of Alola Pokémon will have already realized that first place was decided from the beginning, being so that there is no doubt: Kartana is the best Ultra Entity that has never existed, even though it has practically everything, since it has good Defense, good Speed and amazing Attack. If anything, his Special Defense can be a problem, but the reality is that we have the Assault Vest to remedy this.
In any case, we can see how with moves like True Horn, Holy Sword, Sharp Bladeamong many others, Kartana becomes a very effective Pokémon, which also only has to fear Fire and Fighting-type movements, which will not be too cumbersome either, since it is enough to weaken one or two of the rival’s Pokémon (somewhat quite feasible) to devastate all the teams alone.
In fact, although the two previous positions benefited from the Dinamax to be better, the reality with Kartana is that, even without it, it was still one of the best pokemon ever madebeing so, without any hesitation, we can see the reason why Kartana consolidates itself as the best Pokémon among the Ultra Entities.
