And it seems to be hidden in one of the most recognizable areas, as well as the most scarce in the game.
Rockstar Games is, although we often forget, one of the most important companies in our sector, which has given us great franchises such as Red Dead Redemption, or more importantly, Grand Theft Auto, whose latest installment has managed to position itself as one of the best selling games ever. We are currently waiting to see the official presentation of GTA VI, of which so far we know very few details officially, although there have been many leaks. Now rumors have begun to emerge that suggest that Red Dead Redemption II has already indicated at least one of the locations that we will have available in GTA VI, although for now it seems that we will have to wait a while to see if this is real.
Specifically, and as reported from Game Rant, we would be talking about the island of Guarma, which is remembered by most of the users who played Red Dead Redemption 2, and is that it is unmistakable. Despite this, its inclusion within the cowboy game is disconcerting, since it occurs in the middle of the story, and it lasts very little, so you don’t have time to appreciate it as it should.
For a long time it has been speculated that the GTA VI map would be Vice City, but that it would also include different Latin American islands, and Guarma itself could have been a test for the future implementation of a similar location in the next installment of GTA. Of course, this is just a community rumor, and we can’t say that it has leaks supporting it or anything similar, but it does sound promising.
When will we see GTA VI for the first time?
Grand Theft Auto VI is already a confirmed title, and it is that Take Two already made its development official at the time, promising to deliver one of the best games in history, so that soon after a gameplay of an early version of the game was leaked. Even so, this was done in a financial report, that is, it has not yet been presented to society as such.
If we had to guess, we would tell you to be patient and that is Rockstar Games is very given to announcing its games on the spur of the momenton any given day, rather than at an event, so you shouldn’t expect to see it at a PlayStation or Xbox Showcase or anything similar.
