Season 4 of Kimetsu No Yaiba (Demon's Slayer or Guardians of the Night), also called the Pillar Training Arch, has come to an end. The nine issues of the manga have spanned eight chapters and needless to say, we've had a lot of filler. Still, the ground is set for the manga's most important arc.
The official accounts have taken advantage of the end of the current arc to announce that the next season, called Infinity Castlewill feature a trilogy of films, which will obviously be released in theaters. Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment are in charge of bringing them to both the theater and the streaming platform. There are no release dates at the moment.
This case will be slightly different from what happened in seasons three and four, which released movies in theaters that only introduced the new story. Everything indicates that the 46 issues dedicated to the Infinite Fortress will be adapted into the three movies and, taking into account the anime format, it would be the equivalent of 20 episodes (approx.). This new arc is expected between 2025-2026. After this, only the Countdown to Dawn Arch21 issues in the manga.
The only thing we can do for now is wait for more news about the new arc. As for the present, the Spanish dubbing of the Pillars Training Arc is yet to arrive and it would not be strange if it ended up also arriving on Netflix and Prime Video, as has happened with previous seasons. When in doubt, Crunchyroll always has the anime.
