We have known many things about Dragon Age: The Veilguard in recent days. A little over a week ago BioWare confirmed the change of title of the video game to focus on what is truly important: the cast of companions and not so much on the villain of the work, the Dreadwolf or alone. The Canadian company has focused on the secondary ones, as it also did in the disconcerting announcement trailerknowing that it is the strong point of the story.
In that sense, today we want to talk to you about all the companions of Dragon Age: The Veilguard and what we know about them so far, including romances, classes, and other information about their particular lore. First of all, we will say that absolutely all of the characters you will see below are “romanceable” and BioWare has defined them as pansexual, so romance will be possible regardless of the gender identity of the playable protagonist you create.
All Dragon Age: The Veilguard Companions
Bellara
New character in the saga, Bellara is a Veil Jumper elf, a group that already appeared in a Draon Age comic. Bellara seems to be the most optimistic face of the group.
Davrin
Davrin is another new character, but the group he is affiliated with is an old acquaintance, as he is part of the Gray Wardens, experienced warriors.
Emmrich Volkarin
Emmrich is a necromancer with everything that implies and although this is his first appearance in a video game, he is not a newcomer to Dragon Age, as he has already made an appearance in two short stories.
Lace Harding
Straight from Inquisition, Harding is the first of the characters to return from a previous game. She is a dwarf rogue specialized in the use of the bow and in The Veilguard she will have a much more important role than in the previous installment of the franchise.
Lucanis Dellamorte
Lucanis is a master assassin of the Antivan Ravens and also makes his return in The Veilguard in the same way as Emmrich, having already appeared in a short story.
Neve Gallus
A human mage who acts as a detective in the city of Minrathous. Neve also appears again after being featured in an anthology of stories and the Dragon Age comic series.
taash
The only Qunari of the group, Taash is an experienced dragon slayer and one of the few completely new characters in the Dragon Age universe.

As you can see, the group of heroes is the most varied and large and we can't wait to get to know them in depth, make friends with them and who knows if and with whom something else. Remember that it will be in autumn of this year when Dragon Age: The Veilguard comes to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PCin the absence of being able to specify the release date.
