There are exactly three months left until the release of Assassin's Creed Shadows, which will mark the return of Ubisoft's flagship saga with a new main installment that we haven't had since 2020 with Valhalla. The requested setting in feudal Japan is already a reality, but now we have to wait and see How the formula works of the franchise in such a particular place.
Ubisoft has already made it clear that there will be two very different gameplays: one more savage and bloody with the samurai Yasuke and another more graceful and elegant with the shinobi Naoe. In that sense, A video about Assassin's Creed Shadows parkour has gone viral and has divided the communityThere are those who are salivating at the possibility of already having the game in their hands and enjoying it, and others have found many drawbacks with the way the shinobi moves across the roofs of traditional Japanese buildings.
Never has such a short clip given so much
“Grapple hook, somersaults, move quickly across rooftops with the Naoe's new parkour moves”, reads the tweet with which Ubisoft has presented this video clip that you can see above these lines and that perfectly shows us what the shinobi will really be good at, a character focused on attacking from heights and shadows and acting stealthily. Many fans have been excited about this short video, especially with the somersaults that Naoe performs with each jump and that give him a unique personality, as well as with the use of a hook which will offer a dynamism rarely seen before in the saga.
However, many comments also focus on the less positive parts. Some fans talk about very corseted animations and the classic “glue” effect from any Assassin's Creed whereby the character “sticks” to certain parts of the structures, making the movement not look as natural as it could be.

What do you think of this clip that shows what Assassin's Creed Shadows parkour will be like while playing as Naoe? Remember that the game is coming on November 12th only to current generation systems.
