Assassin's Creed Shadows will offer advanced base management that resembles a building strategy. The evolution of the system, which already started in Assassin's Creed 2, is prematurely revealed in a leaked video. Players will have more control, they can freely place structures and buildings on the land divided into plots.
Buildings can be rotated, paths can be created between them, and everything can be decorated with various trinkets to create your own base. At least that's how one of the designers describes the improvements to the system in the second episode of the developer's diary. It was published prematurely on the IGN China website. As usual, fans managed to download the video and move it elsewhere for everyone to see. It should be available officially in the following days.
The first development diary was less than six minutes long and focused on two protagonists with different playstyles. If you haven't seen it, I recommend a video about the beauties of feudal Japan.
Assassin's Creed Shadows will be released on November 15/November this year for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
