The launch of Black Myth: Wukong It is one of the most anticipated of the rest of the year, especially after the high expectations that have been created by Game Science's title. However, the Chinese studio has not filled all the fans who were waiting for the game with joy, since this summer it confirmed that the title would not be coming to Xbox at launch, but that we would have to wait a time yet to be determined to be able to see it on Xbox Series X|S.
Now, players on another platform have been affected in a completely different way. As we well know, the title runs under Unreal Engine 5, which has caused Many users wonder if they will be able to move it with their current PC.Contrary to what is usually the case, Game Science has not published a Black Myth Wukong requirements table, but rather has released a technical demo which allows us to test our PC ourselves.
Black Myth Wukong's requirements are measured in the technical demo that has just been published
The requirements that the company hinted at at the time asked that we have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER to have the possibility of playing in 4K, or an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 to be able to do it in 1080p. In our case, We were able to test this technical demo (which is already available through Steam) with a PC that should be more than enough to run the game at the highest resolution (RTX 4080, Intel Core i7-13700K and 32 GB of RAM), and these have been our impressions.
The new and final trailer for Black Myth: Wukong shows us more details about its gameplay: bosses, transformations and much more

As you can see in the image that we have accompanied this text, the result of the technical test to see if we meet the requirements of Black Myth Wukong has been quite satisfactory in our case. Although we have never reached 60 FPS (we understand that it is due to a V-Sync issue), we have had an average of 58 FPS during the testThe 35 FPS drop that appears was at a very specific moment, and only occurred on one occasion, so at least with the hardware indicated, it seems to be a fairly stable title.
We are aware that not everyone has this type of hardware, but in case you want to play Black Myth Wukong in 4K, you can now put your doubts to rest and know that, at least a priori, with a configuration similar to ours you will be able to do so without problems.
