After tracks of all kinds and rumors from reliable sources, Valve has revealed just a few minutes ago what everyone was dreaming of, the new counter strike 2. Said revelation has come through several videos with gameplay full of information that we are going to shell out below. These videos show us newly updated maps, dynamic smoke grenades, and “sub-brand updates,” which Valve says will bring us even more accurate server updates.
Valve’s Source 2 engine will make us see the greatest technical advance in the history of Counter Strike, thus improving everything seen in recent years. On top of the Source 2 toolset and features, they will be available to community map makers.

Smoke grenades, which are very important in the game, will also be improved in this sequel. But that’s not all, as Valve promises to go one step further than the 128 tick rate we see in other online multiplayer games:
Previously, the server only evaluated the world at discrete time intervals (called ticks). Thanks to Counter Strike 2’s sub-tick update architecture, the servers know the exact instant a move starts, a shot is fired, or a swim is launched. As a result, regardless of tick rate, your movement and shooting will respond equally and your grenades will always drop the same way.
