Just a few hours ago Behavior Interactive announced that the blood network was going to undergo a strong restructuring to solve one of the big problems of Dead by Daylight: the time that is lost when spending blood points and leveling up. But that’s only the beginning. And it is that now we have known that the Dead by Daylight’s next update will nerf the best perk in the game and healing. We are talking about neither more nor less than Fajador (formerly known as Chungo), a survivor ability that allows you to avoid a blow from the assassin if it is activated at the right moment in which the survivor is going to be hit by the killer’s weapon and always and when you’re hurt.

User complaints for months have been that thanks to this perk, survivors actually have three health states instead of two, making it more difficult to hunt down assassins. Behavior He has taken note and has decided… to kill her. And the change is noticeable. As of this next update, Fajador will continue to do exactly the same to be able to use it we must have previously unhooked a survivor safely. With this action, the perk will be loaded, but when we use it, it will have to be loaded again in the same way.
On the other hand, the other big change in the patch will be healing. Contrary to what the game needs from our point of view, Behavior has opted for slow down healing with Self Heal, with medkits (which have also had their charges reduced) and remove the healing ability from Blessing: Circle of Healing (which will now just give extra healing speed). The message to survivors is clear: it’s not worth healing, just repairing. In this way, and if the announcements remain unchanged until its release, the rush gene could intensify even more in Dead by Daylight soon. We’ll see how things turn out in the end.
