Cult event Dino Crisis celebrates 25 years. Capcom remembered the neglected series and published an image on social networks with a dinosaur claw and a bloody footprint. Many fans take it as a sign that one day they could expect a new part or a remake.
Thanks to complex remakes and new parts, the Japanese company managed to revive the brand brilliantly Resident Evil. For Dino Crisis, players have been clamoring for something similar for years, but Capcom didn't listen.
Capcom mentioned the return of Dino Crisis earlier in a poll asking what game players would like to see remastered. Dino Crisis was in the selection and apparently won.
The first Dino Crisis was released in 1999 for the original PlayStation and sold 2.4 million copies. A successor followed a year later, selling 1.2 million. Dino Crisis 3 arrived in 2003 and was an Xbox exclusive. Then the ground subsided considerably.
