Once the promotion starts on June 4, the process to get your free access to PC Game Pass is relatively simple. First, you will need to have a Nvidia account If you don't have one, you can create it from here.
Then download the beta of the app GeForce Experience/NVIDIA. After launching the app, choose the Redeem section and once it appears, select the Game Pass GeForce PC Reward. Once the Game Pass free period ends, your subscription will renew and you will be charged a regular rate. To avoid that, simply cancel your membership at any time.
