We already have a season listening to rumors about the future of the franchise Assassin's Creed; whether it be information about the new confirmed releases that will arrive in the coming months or even about some other remakes of the saga, such as Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, whose development seems to have started at the beginning of the year.
Yves Guillemot himself has commented on the rumors in an interview focused on the saga and its future and beyond denying it, he has stated that There are ambitious plans for several remakes of some installments of the franchise. He has not specified the titles in detail, but has made it clear that Their intention is for players to enjoy those video games they created in the past in the best possible way.; giving it a facelift and modernizing as much as possible.
What will come first, a Remake of the first Assassin's Creed or will we sail the waves again in Black Flag?
In the interview, Guillemot also talked about artificial intelligence and the much-discussed system of NPCs with generative AI that many users reject with palpable ease. Beyond that, The CEO of Ubisoft has not given more details about these remakes of Assassin's Creed that will arrive sooner or later.
We mentioned at the beginning about the aforementioned remake of Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, but we also remember that there were previously rumors about the return of the first game; although the Assassin's Creed Mirage team came out to deny that they were involved in said development. That doesn't mean that the project was not given the green light and was in the hands of another internal Ubisoft studio, or even an external one.
It's not just a hint at the remaster. Ubisoft officially confirms that Beyond Good and Evil 2 is still in development
