Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp will go on sale in a few weeks, but it will not be the only similar title that we will see soon. More than anything because a few moments ago the Chucklefish company has pleasantly surprised us with the announcement that it is developing Wargroove 2the sequel to his strategy game that reminds us so much of the Nintendo saga.
The sequel is set three years after Queen Mercia and her allies defeated their adversaries and restored peace to Aurania. Tranquility doesn’t last forever, however, which is why a foreign faction has emerged that has been researching forbidden technologies that could prove catastrophic to the world.
This will give rise to a total of three campaigns with an intertwined plot in which the commanders will have special abilities capable of tipping the balance in their favor in these battles that will take place on land, at sea and in the air.
On the other hand, among its novelties there will be a new mode in the form of a roguelikewhich will allow players to participate in shorter and faster battles, but it will also be possible for each one to design and customize their own scenarios to share them with the rest of the world and even participate in cooperative or competitive battles with a capacity of four people.
The only bad thing is that Wargroove 2 It does not have a release date on Nintendo Switch and neither on PC, where it will head to Steam, so we are waiting for more details about it.
