Warning: spoils of Deadpool #3 and The Death of Captain America
You have to be very stupid for Deadpool to hate you. It is true that the mercenary with a mouth is not a saint and that he plays with moral lines practically every second of his life, but he does not always take his assignments and missions personally. I mean, he's a professional at his job… although that doesn't stop him from taking situations with some humor and a ton of sarcasm.
His current adventures in Deadpool #3 (Cody Ziglar and Rogê Antônio) shows Deadpool in a situation in which he expresses genuine disdain and animosity for a very specific Marvel character: Crossbones, known in Spanish as Calavera or Brock Rumlow. He is a Captain America supervillain. If it doesn't sound familiar to you and/or you don't read comics, he appears in the movies Winter Soldier and Civil War.
In this case, Deadpool and Crossbones find themselves in the middle of a shootout. Brock Rumlow is gunning down Wade Wilson and he can't stop talking about how much he dislikes him…and not because he's shooting him with a machine gun. That too, but it is not the main reason. “You are a maniac unleashed with a gun […] “Brock Rumlow might be the worst of us,” the mercenary with the mouth says at one point.
Although Deadpool has another good reason to hate this spoils. As ScreenRant indicates, Crossbones killed a target that Deadpool wouldn't consider killing under the worst circumstances: Captain America in The Death of Captain Americasequel event after his surrender in Civil War. He knows it, even though he wasn't there. It's not something he preaches too much, but Deadpool has enormous respect and admiration for Steve Rogers.

Deadpool #3 (vignettes shared by ScreenRant)
Perhaps the movie Deadpool and Wolverine is the perfect opportunity for the mercenary with a mouth to visit that fateful moment for a second and mark one of the best references in the movie. Or not. In any case, you have to be very smart for Deadpool himself to pigeonhole you as the worst.
