Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered was recently confirmed
PlayStation has a large number of franchises and sagas, but without a doubt Horizon is the one that seems to have the most relevance internallysince Aloy's adventures that began in 2017 from Guerrilla with Horizon Zero Dawn have achieved cover a large part of the Sony community to the point that it is the franchise that has more announced or rumored projects looking to the future.
Without going any further, we have recently learned from the State of Play that Horizon Zero Dawn Remastared will be released on October 31 for PS5 and PCthis being a video game of which we have already been able to know the new content that it will bring along with Lego Horizon Adventures will be released on November 14 for PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch. However, we know that It is not the only thing that Guerrilla has on its handssince the third installment is in development while other projects are also being worked on. And it seems that already we know what would be next.
Horizon's next project would be cooperative multiplayer
Despite the strong controversy that has been generated as a result of the recent price increase of Horizon Zero Dawn in the PlayStation store, we have been able to learn from Jason Schreier, a renowned journalist, that in an interview he gave to the Spawn podcast Wave, what Guerrilla's next project is cooperative gaming whose development was confirmed in 2022, while also stating that Horizon Forbidden West sequel still far from release. It should be noted that it remains to be seen what Sony announces in relation to Horizon soon, since, despite Schreier's enormous reliability due to all his background, we cannot ignore that there is nothing written in stoneespecially since we know that there are more Horizon projects underway, such as, for example, a Horizon MMORPG in collaboration with NCSoftwhich signed a strategic partnership agreement with PlayStation last year.
Having said all this, remember that in the coming months we will have Horizon twice with the LEGO Horizon and the Remaster.
