It’s been almost 15 years since a certain Tony Stark burst into theaters around the world to surprise all superhero fans and kick off the Marvel Cinematic Universe, one of the most successful franchises in all of cinema history.
With a production of 186 million dollars and a collection of almost 600 million dollars, the first film starring Robert Downey Jr. laid the foundations for everything that would come from the hand of Marvel Studios and creating a house brand that would later appear in all the studio’s films: the post-credit scenes.
Now, after fifteen years kept in a drawer, the director of the film Jon Favreau commented presented during the program Jimmy Kimmel an unpublished post-credits scene with Nick Fury leaving a legendary line of dialogue.

The scene in question is more or less the same as the original, except that it adds a line of dialogue that all fans of Samuel L Jackson love: when Tony Stark asks Nick who he is, he answers with a “Nick Fury Motherfucker”.
Unfortunately, this option never came to light, since according to Favreau it was a cut that the director wanted to have for the laughs. Despite the fact that it would never have been chosen, this scene will remain for posterity for all that it has entailed for the coming years.
