Square Enix's financial results have been far below what the Japanese company expected for this fiscal year that has now come to an end. So much so, that the Japanese have assured that the policy of exclusivity will come to an end, and that all the games they make will reach the greatest number of platforms possible, something that could end up causing games like Final Fantasy VII Remake or Final Fantasy XVI end up coming to Xbox.
However, everything related to this saga is nothing more than rumors, but what we can confirm is that, starting next June 13ththe saga Kingdom Hearts comes to Steam. This was announced by the company itself through the official account of the franchise in X, where they have shared an image in which, as we can see, it has been confirmed that the classic installments of the saga will debut on the Valve platform in less of one month.
For those of you who didn't know, Kingdom Hearts came to the PC platform a few years ago, but it did so under the exclusivity of the Epic Games Store, in its attempt to try to compete against Steam in order to improve its market share. The case of this saga joins that of many other games, such as Borderlands 3, which debuted first in the Epic store before making the jump to Steam.
