Less than a month has passed since the announcement and James Gunn continues to leave clues about the next projects of the new DC Extended Universe. After the announcement on the last day of January about Chapter 1 of Gods and Monsters, the American filmmaker stops offering more information about the future of the movies.
If we recently told you about Gunn’s nod to a possible union of the Justice League in the future, this time we go back to a manager’s response in your Twitter accountthe American’s favorite place to tell news about his projects, where he has talked about one of Superman’s best friends: krypto.
For those who don’t know him, Krypto was the Kal-El’s dog on Krypton that Superman’s father sent to Earth as a rocket test subject. The mascot of the most famous DC Comics superhero has already had its appearance on the big screen with League of Super Pets, although it did not have the expected reception.
There is still a lot to know about the first details of Superman: Legacy, but we are sure that they will try to show a face of Clark Kent that we have never seen before. The new Kal-El movie will arrive, initially, next July 11, 2025 in theaters around the world and kicks off the DCU for the final time.
