FromSoftware fans (Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Elden Ring and the rest of the Souls family) have been dreaming and begging for decades for a mode that allows us to repeat the confrontations against defeated bosses. So far, the only way to repeat them is to do a manual save and load the game or start a new game. Not even other soulslikes like Lies of P include it.
The curious Lords of the Fallen, developed by Hexworks and published by CI Games, has granted us our wish: Clash of Champions or Clash of Champions is a free mode that gives us access to a special arena in which we can repeat the boss fights individually (solo or cooperative) or one after another until they are defeated.
The mode is not limited to simply facing bosses, it also has a series of challenges against bosses selected by the mode to obtain additional rewards for our character. All of this comes after the big update called Master of Time. On the other hand, those in charge have introduced many adjustments and balances, especially to the bosses.
If this update catches your attention, Lords of the Fallen It is now available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC, and also arrives today on Microsoft's Game Pass subscription service. In short: it is literally a dream come true for Soulslikes fans. I hope FromSoftware takes note for Elden Ring.
