Microsoft’s novel against regulatory bodies continues and now a report suggests that the Europeans would authorize the purchase of Activision. We tell you more, below!
In the end, Microsoft you may not have to invent commercial alternatives and European regulators will allow you to buy call of duty, according to a report. On March 2, the publication Reuters said the European Union will approve the purchase of Activision Blizzard, citing anonymous sources. With this, Microsoft it gets rid of one of the three opposing giants – the other two from the UK and the US.
A series of recent statements suggested that Microsoft could not possibly buy call of duty as part of its acquisition of Activision, but the company fought tooth and nail to oppose the refusal. However, if the opposite happens now, it is even possible that the UK authorities will lower their arms and allow the purchase.
Three of the sources in the Reuters report say the European Union will not ask the Microsoft to amend the agreement for the purchase to be approved. Supposedly, the final decision for this verdict will come on April 25, 2023.

Microsoft swears that if the purchase is approved, users of other platforms will not be left without their call of dutyAt least for the next decade. The company went out to sign and ratify agreements with whoever is willing to sign them (including Nintendo and Nvidia) to show goodwill to regulators. With this tool, the Redmond giant swears that there will be parity on all platforms.
