According to what Oda recounts in this official sketch, 55 years ago Shimotsuki Kouzaburou left Wano along with 25 people, including Furiko, during his trip saved a small town in East Blue from banditsten of the twenty-five travelers who left Wano stayed on this site, founding the “Shimotsuki Village”.
