Ghost of Tsushima will be the most anti-samurai movie a viewer can ever see.
PlayStation Productions has fully immersed itself in producing adaptations of Sony’s most successful video games. While the Uncharted movie hit theaters, The Last of Us series took HBO Max by storm and boosted sales of the games. Now, one of the company’s next projects is the ghost of tsushima moviewhich found a writer more than a year ago and should already be in a more advanced state of production.
Chad Stahelski, director of the film adaptation, has explained that the Ghost of Tsushima movie will be “the most anti-samurai that exists” of all. In a ComicBookMovie interview, he confirms that the team is “in full swing” as they try to accurately portray the game in another medium.

The Ghost of Tsushima movie was announced in March 2021, featuring the director of all four John Wick films, starring Keanu Reeves. However, it will not be the second film from PlayStation Productions, the Gran Turismo film has advanced it and will be released this summer with Orlando Bloom or David Harbor in its cast.
