The good news regarding the expected Capcom remake is not lacking this morning. After Twitch has leaked that today we will have the chance to enjoy the demo (or rather tomorrow if we live in Spain) of the game; Capcom has also confirmed that the most controversial element of Resident Evil 4 Remake will have a solution via patch. We are talking about neither more nor less than the rain that I stirred up so much on social networks a few weeks ago.
In one of the last gameplays that Capcom shared, users harshly criticized the marked effect of rain, to the point that it reduced visibility too noticeably, due to the backlight effects that this element had. In fact, after the criticism came the memes, with users assuring that it was milk rather than rain, given precisely its appearance.
Rain, the most controversial element of Resident Evil 4 Remake, will be fixed with a day 1 patch
However, we can rest easy, since Capcom has confirmed that this problem with the rain of Resident Evil 4 Remake will be fixed when the game hits the market. According to Press Start, the Japanese company has promised improvements in this aspect at the hands of Hirabayashi Yoshiaki, the producer of the remake, who has assured the following about the most controversial element of Resident Evil 4 Remake.
We’ve seen everyone’s reaction to the effects of the rain, and we’re working on a day one patch to make adjustments.
There are still a few days left before the launch of the game takes place, so from Capcom they should not have excessive problems when it comes to apply a fix to end this annoying effect before March 24. As for the rest, we will have to stay tuned to tonight’s Capcom Spotlight Showcase, which could serve to find out new details that have not yet been revealed about the remake of this fourth installment.
Although it seems that little remains to be said about Resident Evil 4 Remake, perhaps Capcom has a surprise in store. And although there is no talk of anything new about the title, we are sure that we will be able to see some of the upcoming projects that the studio is working on, such as Exoprimal, for which it could confirm its release date today.
