Yves Guillemot still sits at the forefront of the French giant Ubisoft. One of the original co-founders and current CEO. He decided to give an interview for the official blog of his own company, which discusses several different topics.
Apart from the fact that it is mainly about a barrage of self-flattering remarks about how Ubisoft manages to bring some of the best experiences ever, Guillemot also mentioned one interesting piece of information between the lines. When asked if Ubisoft plans more similar titles after Assassin's Creed Mirage – or rather a combination of smaller and larger ones – he replied as follows:
“First: players can look forward to the remakes, which will allow us to go back and modernize some of the games we've made in the past. There are worlds in certain of our older Assassin's Creed games that are still extremely rich.“
