Will the most brutal death of Shingeki no Kyojin be censored in its next season?
After a long time of waiting for fans, Shingeki no Kyojin will have its great return to the screensthus ending the wait to finally discover and witness what the outcome of this story will be.
By virtue of the fact that his return was getting closer, they have made various “previews”so to speak, of various characters, among which Armin Arlert has been shown, and Levi Ackerman has also been seen.
Those who follow this work well know that it has been characterized by show rather crude and grotesque scenes in the development of its entire history, causing great astonishment among the fandom, and thanks to this, managing to stand out among the rest of the Shonen titles that exist today.
Among the many deaths that occur throughout the development of this story, there is one in particular in the chapter #131 of the manga which caused quite a stir among fans, due to how graphic and grotesque it is. The death in question is that of a boy from Marley, named Ramzi.
He Chapter #131 of the Shingeki no Kyojin manga is titled “The Rumble”and as its name implies, it shows how Eren gives start the devastating march of the great number of Colossal Titans toward Marley.
This chapter shows Eren’s memories when he was with the Scouting Legion in Marley, and they met a young boy, Ramzi, who tried to steal money from Levi.
Something quite curious is that Eren showed an attitude different from that of his classmates with respect to the child, and it was later discovered that this behavior on the part of Eren was due to the fact that he knew that in the future he would be responsible for the death of the little boy.
Once the Rumble starts, Ramzi was with his little brother, and try to escape from the great army of Colossal Titans they were approaching the city.
However, his attempt to run was absolutely in vainfor it was not long before both children were brutally beaten by the debris that the Titans caused, and later crushed by them.
One aspect that is quite emotional regarding these events is the fact that when Eren was in Marley he met the child, and she apologized to him tearfully seeing his “memories of the future”, as he himself mentions, in which the boy dies along with his brother because of the Titans that Eren sent.
This scene is so brutal and grotesque that it would be reasonable for the animators to decide not to show it in the same way as it is in the manga in the final season of Shingeki no Kyojin, and if they do, to do some kind of censorship, so that fans don’t have to witness such an atrocious moment.
