To which Skinamarink has recently joined, which has surpassed one million at the box office with a budget of just $15,000. They have recently been joined Winnie the Pooh: Blood & Honeythe horror adaptation of the Disney classic, which has managed to skyrocket at the North American box office.
The title, created by Rhys Frake-Waterfield, has surpassed $4 million at the box office, costing just $100,000. As often happens with the absurd ideas that come to the cinema lately, Winnie the Pooh; Blood & Honey it’s been trashed by critics (it currently has a 5% rating on RottenTomatoes from professional critics), but audiences have loved it. Its more than 4 million at the box office prove it. Taking into account the enormous profitability of the project, it was a matter of time before the sequel was confirmed and it has been. But that’s not all, because the director has also commented that he wants to expand with an adaptation of Bambi and another from Peter Pan. He has even joked about how terrifying Teletubbies seem to him, so we cannot rule out that there is no adaptation of these “endearing” characters.
At the moment we do not know when or where it will arrive Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey to streaming platforms or cinemas. But we will keep you informed.
