Looks like Electronic Arts is preparing to remove these games from DICE, and many will see this news as confirmation that EA has lost contact with the gaming community. And it turns out that a couple of titles will leave the catalog of the company’s stores.
Many of these titles will undoubtedly be in the hearts of many players, and it turns out that 15 years after the launch of Battlefield 1943 and the Bad Company saga, among others, announce their point and end, the end of their long journey.

Starting April 28, 2023, Battlefield 1943, Battlefield: Bad Company 1 & 2, and Mirror’s Edge, will be seen outside Electronic Arts and Digital Arts storefronts and stores. Many of you may see this news with bad eyes, from DICE it is supposed that they do this to allocate more resources to new titles and to take more care of the current most active community of all its franchises. The fact is that there are games from the past that are gradually leaving the scene, and unfortunately this decision seems irrevocable.
