Subscribers PlayStation Plus can expand their catalog of digital games with three new games offered by Sony in April. It's a magical first-person action Immortals of Aveum for PlayStation 5, action strategy Minecraft Legends for PS5 and PS4 and a 2D platformer with rogue-like elements Skul: The Hero Slayer in the PS4 version.
Immortals of Aveum is definitely worth checking out. It's a first-person action game from a former Call of Duty author. Last year's title is held in the same spirit. Just trade firearms for all kinds of spells in Jak's story. He joins an elite order of battle mages to save a world on the brink of an abyss.
Even though the game did not do well in terms of sales and one can talk about a flop, the developers prepared an update. It adds HDR support to the console versions. It will also arrive on PC in the next patch. It will offer even better performance thanks to the use of AMD's FSR 3. It should be the first game to have FSR 3 on consoles.
Minecraft Legends is a spin-off of the popular Minecraft from Mojang and Microsoft. The game combines action and strategy where you lead your allies in battles to defend the world from the Piglin invasion.
To the third of all good and bad. Skul: The Hero Slayer is a 2D platformer with rogue-like elements, an ever-changing map and a growing arsenal of abilities. Your mission is to rescue your demon brothers after a failed attack on the Demon King's castle. The trouble is, you're a lowly skeleton.
In addition, PS Plus Premium subscribers can play for two hours Dakar Desert Rally and Persona 5 Tactics.
