Any Harry Potter fan, regardless of home, has ever dreamed of owning a nimbus 2000 in real life and take to the skies like Harry Potter. Flying with a broom is complicated, but having the broom is a matter of having money in your wallet. And what would you do with it if you had it? Well, a Hogwarts Legacy player is using it as a controller.
We have not gone mad. User u/thatssomo2020 has shared a video on Reddit in which he shows off a test drive of what he’s doing with his real $800 Nimbus 2000. He has no mystery and fulfills all our magical dreams: he has attached a controller to handle the broomstick flight during the games.
We will agree that it is not the most comfortable method to play Hogwarts Legacy, but it would definitely be fun to take to the skies of Hogwarts with a real Nimbus 2000 in our hands. And let’s not just play quidditch! Unfortunately, Avalanche Software saw fit not to add it.
Hogwarts Legacy is now available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The only platform left to receive it is Nintendo Switch, whose players will have to wait until November 14, 2023. Originally, it was intended to launch this summer.
