The evolutions of the initial Scarlet and Purple Pokémon, Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly, are one of the great mysteries of the ninth generation.
Pokemon Scarlet and Purple It already discounts the days for its exclusive launch on Nintendo Switch next November 18th and as the moment approaches, the expectation grows like foam, since even the graphics have been significantly improved in the latest material officially shared by Game Freak. However, one of the aspects that are still up in the air is the evolutions of the initial Pokémon of the Paldea region: Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly. It may be something that will be kept secret until launch, but some details about it are already known.
And it is that rumors and leaks they have not stopped happening in recent months, so various information has emerged about how the evolutions of the initials of the plant, fire and water type could be in the region based on our territory. We gather all these details below, although it goes without saying that they are unofficial information and therefore, they might have nothing to do with reality when the games launch.
sprigatito
The grass-type starter Pokémon of the ninth generation is the one that has earned the title of most popular, at least in relation to its first stage. Nevertheless, rumors suggest that his appearance will vary greatly in its following stages, adopting the types plant/loss. This clashes quite a bit with her initial appearance, as at first it might appear that she would be heading towards a fairy type. Thus, Sprigatito’s evolutions would be based on sorcery and even his second stage could have a wand. As for the final evolution, it is pointed out that it would have a mask in the purest style of El Zorroadopting a darker shade of fur.
the #SVleaks hashtag is polluted with all these new fake “blurries”.
Let’s take a moment to appreciate these quality leaks we had a while ago from Kaka.

Fuecoco
Fewer details are known about the initial fire-type Pokémon, so it is much more interpretable than it could finally be. As noted, Fuecoco will end up evolving into a large fire/ghost-type quadrupedal crocodile which would also have a bird-shaped flame on its head, giving it an even more spooky and terrifying appearance. Regarding the second stage, which would continue to be pure fire, it is said that it would have a kind of egg in the head, from which the bird that would later crown it would be born. On this occasion there is no image that can serve as a reference.
Quaxly
Finally, in relation to the initial water type, many details are known and an approximation of what the final design could be like. Quaxly will evolve into a duck that mixes elements of a tall marine with a dancer and will have a great relationship with the carnival, making a clear reference to the parades of the Canary Islands. Thus, it is expected to have a tail similar to that of a peacock, while the head would resemble the navy hat, with its typical colors. Would be water/fighting type.
I had compiled the Quaxly leaks in this video a few months ago.
I’m sharing it again as a few people kindly asked me.

Of course, All of these details are to be taken as mere rumor for the time being., so that any resemblance to reality may be purely coincidental. We will know the answer from November 18, when Pokémon Scarlet and Purple premiere exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
