Recently we have seen that there have been Kickstarter campaigns dedicated to table games of The Last of Us and Slay the Spire, on which it must be recognized that they have ended up triumphing, especially that of the latter, which has so far managed to raise close to three million euros. A success that an adaptation of Heroes of Might and Magic III will try to repeat.
The company Archon Studio is the one behind this project with which it intends to create a board game based on this legendary Ubisoft strategy title. To do this, he invites everyone to stay tuned for the Kickstarter campaign that will begin on November 15 and in which it is expected to raise a minimum of 50,000 euros.
All those who want to participate to take their own copy of the table game must deposit a minimum of 75 euros and thus get the basic edition in case the project goes ahead. Likewise, there are also other editions that range from 119 euros to 199 euros with more elements so that the game is even more complete along with various collector’s items.
With respect to the game itself, it is indicated that the games can be played alone, although they can also be formed groups of up to four people, lasting approximately two hours. Each one will be different with a world that will be randomly generated, which in turn will affect the creatures that will appear, the artifacts that can be obtained or the locations to conquer.
Players will begin by choosing their own hero and faction, and from there they will begin exploring to discover new regions, fight battles and build cities that can be strengthened. In addition, all this is accompanied by miniatures that can be painted to make them even more special.
