UPDATE:
If Microsoft doesn’t respond with a solution or you don’t want to contact us, there is still a way to complete the punch card. This is what several Twitter users are reporting as MondoXbox:
Update on the 500 point Rewards card and the way to get it, if you get the achievements without having obtained a reward point that day if they count, I had 2/3 and having done so today I was able to finish it. pic.twitter.com/ZZq76PflLb

ORIGINAL NEWS:
Rains, it pours. Microsoft fails to find the key to solve the problems encountered by users and followers of the loyalty program Microsoft Rewards, especially lately. Barely a month ago, said program had problems with weekly streaks and decided to migrate the daily task consisting of unlocking an achievement from any game to get 50 points, to Xbox Game Pass tasks. Then he returned it, but it failed again the first day.
The team responsible for the program led by Daniel Martins is working on a solution, but apparently, “the dwarves grow.” Now the problem is in the monthly card worth 500 points. This consists of unlocking at least 3 achievements from a selection of games that include Madden NFL 23, Forza Horizon 5, Star Wars: Squadrons, Guilty Gear: Strive, and Gang Beasts.
How to claim the 500 Microsoft Rewards point task
Through social networks and more specifically on Twitter, where Microsoft teams usually move like fish in water, Daniel Martins has commented that those users of the loyalty program who have completed the task of unlocking 3 achievements among the 5 available games and have not obtained 500 points, can make a claim.
If you completed your achievements more than 3-5 days ago and still haven’t unlocked the punch card, please submit a ticket request for support to fix it. You can find the Rewards Support link in the footer of the Rewards website home page or simply through: rewards.bing.com/support

In Myself personal experience, I can tell you that it works without major problem. It is about going to the page where the support form is located, fill it out and submit a ticket. Simply specify that you want help with Earning Points and the category Perforated card. Details such as what achievements you unlocked and when can then be added. Microsoft will respond to the request with a solution via email.
If you have been one of those affected and the card is not completed until it gives you 500 points, you can send a ticket and wait for Microsoft offers you a solution. On other occasions when something similar has happened, the Microsoft Rewards account team has ended up fixing it, so we have no choice but to have patience. Of course, we can always question how it is possible that this has happened again. Microsoft Rewards Mysteries.
