A new recreation of the AI has surprised fans of the character and Dragon Ball.
Artificial intelligence continues to demonstrate its great capabilities when it comes to creating realistic images of animated characters and once again these tools and Dragon Ball have once again joined forces to bring fans of Toriyama’s work a version very close to reality of one of his most beloved characters: Future Trunks.
Trunks’ design is one of the most distinctive and one of the ones that has had the most changes in both his hairstyle and his clothing. However, this time the author and the AI have decided to go for the classic and bring a realistic version of the Trunks we met in his shocking debut in Dragon Ball Z.
A new example of the realism achieved by artificial intelligence
The author of this fascinating recreation is @mariruriri_who has done previous work with this type of tools and with them reminds us the great qualities that this technology is demonstrating achieving on this occasion a result that comes to surprise:

This new job of AI surprised by the great fidelity he has achieved recreating Trunks in a result that is close to what we can see in some professional cosplays, succeeding in replicating the character’s clothing and taking care of details such as the Capsule Corp. logo on his jacket. Something that also makes this work shine even more is the look charged with courage according to the hard confrontations that the character would have throughout the series.
Trunks had a major role in the Cell Saga although his contribution is also well remembered in the fragment of the manga dedicated to the apocalyptic future that the character lived because of the Androids as we saw in the unforgettable Dragon Ball Z: a different future, for several fans one of the best films in the entire franchise. Nor was his presence missing in Dragon Ball Super.
This has not been the only great job left by the AI to those who love Akira Toriyama’s jewel: more secondary characters like Chi-Chi can boast of having a high fidelity recreation which also surprised many fans.
