The cheaper of the new Xboxes is normally sold at prices around seven thousand, but currently Alza, CZC and Mironet have the console on sale for CZK 5,690. Series S it's also included in the Starter Pack, so you'll also get a coupon for a three-month subscription to Game Pass Ultimate, which alone is worth over nine hundred.
The Series S is the cheaper of the new Xboxes, with limited power designed for 1080p or 1440p gaming, so if you have an older TV or a smaller monitor, the console may be right for you. The second limit is only a 512GB SSD, which can be expanded, although the cards are quite expensive (1TB costs around CZK 4,000). The third is the fact that there is no optical drive, so you will be dependent only on digital distribution.
However, you won't be able to build a better gaming PC for less than six thousand, and given the low price, the Series S can be interesting even for PlayStation owners as a second console. Especially in conjunction with Game Pass, where for a monthly subscription they get access to games that are not coming to their platform.
Game Pass for a year costs CZK 3,000 and less. For the price of two new games, you get unlimited access to a catalog of almost 500 titles, including attractions such as Forza Horizon 5, Halo Infinite or Microsoft Flight Simulator. But thanks to a trick, you can get it for three years for three thousand.
