The new trailer-gameplay of Resident Evil 4 Remake, which was released during the last State of Play, has left us with high expectations and looking forward to it finally arriving on March 24 of this year. Throughout these months, through the different content that Capcom has been launching, we have verified that this new remake will maintain much of the essence of the original game, although adapting it to the new generations of players, along the lines of the previous remakes. Thus, the “quick time events” that were so heavy in the original game will disappear and Ashley, who gave us more than one headache, will be more useful in this new installment.
But Ashley won’t be the only character changed. Secondary players like Luis will have more prominence, as we have been able to see in this new trailer, while enemies like Dr. Salvador will have more presence in the game. In addition, bosses like Bítores Méndez are expected to arrive with a facelift and we will have new enemies, such as El Bruto.
Krauser could not miss in this remake.
The Regenerators finally appear in Resident Evil 4 Remake and more details that the new trailer left us:
Some of the most significant elements that we can highlight from the trailer are the following:
-
Such emblematic (and complicated) parts of the Castillo de los Iluminados will return, such as the forklift area, the attack with catapults, which takes place as soon as you reach that area, the section of the laboratories, the part of the mines
-
The fight in the pit against Los Ganado and the Bella Sisters is back, although Luis Sera will help us in this part.
-
Confirmed Type B Plagues, whose shape is reminiscent of Zombies infected with the NE-α Parasite from Resident Evil 3 (2020). And this is no coincidence, because let’s remember that Capcom changed the lore of Nemesis to connect it with Las Plagas.

Another of the areas that gave players the most nightmares is back: the entrance to the castle, where we have to protect Ashley with a sniper rifle.
-
Krauser will also make an appearance, how could it be otherwise, and with a combat similar to that of the original game.
-
We sense that Ashley’s playable part will be stealth oriented. From what we have been able to see, it reminds us of the Shadows of Rose DLC.
Ashley’s playable part is reminiscent of the Resident Evil Village DLC, Shadows of Rose.
-
The fearsome Garrador will not miss the party either, although rumors suggest that he could be the “Nemesis of the Castle”. On the other hand, he seems a lot more agile and aggressive than he was in the original game.
-
Despite the fact that they were not initially expected, the new trailer has confirmed the Novistadores.
-
The jewel in the crown, the Regenerators, make an appearance at the end of the trailer, in an area very similar to that of the original game.
The presence of The Regenerators in Resident Evil 4 Remake is finally confirmed.
