The new update for The Sims 4 is now available for all players, although they are not liking it at all
All fans of life simulators are looking forward to The Sims 5which recently leaked its early access version, confirming a significant change in the graphics engine in its development. However, Electronic Arts does not offer too many details about the proposal, beyond a possible launch window. Therefore, the news continues to focus on The Sims 4although the last update that has been released for the title players are very angry due to the increase in ads.
And the internet has been flooded with hundreds of comments from The Sims 4 players crying out against the new update that the game has just received. The update, released on February 27, adds a dedicated button to the UI that guides players towards purchasing the game's DLCswhich is especially annoying and a more aggressive strategy than Maxis had used so far to promote all the content available in The Sims 4.
It also pulsates obnoxiously and you can't stop it ❤️ pic.twitter.com/r5AZAyjWRY

The most serious thing about the matter, as reported by the users themselves, is that If there is DLC that you have not purchased, that new ad automatically clicks on the content, prompting you to buy and having to close the pop-up window within the game itself. At the moment, Maxis and Electronic Arts have not made any clarification in this regard.
The Sims 4 now has its new customization feature
Beyond this controversy, The Sims 4 is constantly updated to add new options and better user experiences, like vitiligo skin, which was included a few weeks ago. “The vitiligo trait can appear in Sims of all ages. The patterns vary showing different levels of coverage and symmetry. Additionally, players can choose to include it for their Sim's face, upper torso, lower torso, arms, and legs,” the official announcement read.
Will have to see What's happening with this aggressive increase in ads? within The Sims 4, since it may be a measure that is also adopted in The Sims 5 due to its free to play format.
