Altogether you can find 8 Infamous Rivals All Over the Hogwarts Legacy Mapso you will first have to find the area where they are hiding and then face them in combat.

You must go to the Hogsmeae Valley area and north of Hogsfield Alto, as we indicate on the map you will find it.
Tempest Thorne
You will find Tempeste Thorne in Falbarton Castle, although you will have to advance to the main mission High Guard for it to be available.
