Diablo IV mounts on PC are faster than on console as players themselves have discovered in a Reddit thread. And it is that one of the things that is always measured when a game is launched on various platforms, is the equality that exists between all the versions, since nobody wants to have disadvantages of any kind when facing another player and that it is the platform in which we play that decides part of this confrontation.
Well, although Blizzard has tried to get as close as possible to this parity, it seems that it has not completely succeeded, since Diablo IV players have found quite a noticeable difference in terms of the speed of the mounts between the console version and the PC version. While many players thought it was due to their skill or not doing something right, a post on a Reddit thread has shown that mounts in Diablo IV on PC are faster than the console version.
Since i got downvoted so much, here’s proof that pc players are faster

Diablo IV mounts on PC are faster than on console
As you can see in the video, Competitive-Trade-16, the user who posted the video, shows how while they are riding on horseback, your PC partner easily overtakes you, since your friend’s mount is much faster than yours. And it seems that this difference in speed has to do directly with the type of control we are using to play, so if you use a controller on PC, you will not notice this difference.
If we use a mouse and a keyboard, the more we move the mouse away from our character, the faster it will move therefore, by bringing it to the edge of the screen, PC gamers achieve greater speed than possible with the controller. The controller, however, bases its speed on a predetermined maximum that can only be increased with a boost, and even with that they are unable to catch up with PC gamers.

According to Blizzard, achieving total equality between all versions of all platforms of a game is very difficultHowever, it is not something that cannot be avoided in many cases. In this one that concerns us it would be as simple as including a movement limit in the PC version of Diablo IV comparable to the console one, even if that means slowing down PC players.
