The Ubisoft Forward from just a few days ago left the followers of the French company very good feelings. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Star Wars Outlaws They fell in love with the players and promised to give us many hours of fun. However, there is a title from the French company that is not having such a good time. This is the case of Skull and Bones.
In that sense, we have now known that the Next Skull and Bones beta will be only for PC and that Ubisoft will do without the console versions for a reason yet to be confirmed. This is how the portal has been able to know Insider Gaming in an article by well-known insider Tom Henderson, who has even been able to contact beta users whose feelings are not positive.
The next Skull and Bones beta will be only for PC
As the aforementioned article explains, the beta testers found on the official Skull and Bones Discord have reported that the next phase of testing will only take place on PC. Ubisoft’s own website confirms this by having eliminated the possibility of registering for it on PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X | S. Now it only gives the option to do it from the computer version.
A game developer, precisely through the official Discord channel, pointed out that the information would be adjusted but that “it could take a few days”, as everyone at Ubisoft is still pretty busy with Ubisoft Forward. This next beta will be held between August 25 and 28so as release approaches, not having the console versions be part of the test is something to keep in mind.
Tom Henderson’s feelings are even worse after having spoken with more than twenty players who have participated in previous Skull and Bones betas. The insider assures that of the two dozen people with whom he spoke, only one of them has not left the Discord channel of the game. The rest left because they found that the game did not interest them.
A few weeks ago, some images of an alleged improved version of Skull and Bones that showed a much better graphic section than seen so far, but the betas that are taking place still do not reflect this new version. For now Skull and Bones does not have a release date announced after being delayed many times and over several years.
