This mechanic could be seen in the recent gameplay of Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
Last week we could see how the Ubisoft Foward was accompanied by a large number of games, with names of all kinds here, from Prince of Persia to Star Wars. However, if we have to talk about a Ubisoft intellectual property that has shone on its own, that is without a doubt. Assassin’s Creed, which showed up to three future titles.
Of all these, the one that stood out the most was undoubtedly Assassin’s Creed Miragewhich, in a sense, works like Valhalla prequel and it also implies a return to the origins of the franchise, since now we can be in a single city instead of a gigantic open world, whereas stealth and parkour will once again be key in order to defeat the guards and the Order of the Ancients.
We can go for any goal in the game without limitations by history
Under this same premise, it must be said that the gameplay shown has caused a new ability of Assassin’s Creed Mirage to have divided the players, while the murders and ways to execute them will be key in the development of the adventure, while the development team’s emphasis on perfecting these mechanics has led to new tools and techniques to eliminate the targets.
Under this same premise, in a recent interview with Wccftech, the narrative director of the title, Sarah Beaulieu has revealed that in Assassin’s Creed Mirage the Players can assassinate their targets in any order they want. instead of using a story that makes them go from one to another. This gives the title greater freedom, since, without having to do anything in the story, we could go for the objective that was intended for the end without any limitation, that is, the equivalent of going for Rodrigo Borgia at the beginning of Assassin’s Creed II. Likewise, this also extends to the skills Basim will learn.
For all that has been said, knowing that the game aims to be one of the bombings of the end of the year, it only remains to mention that Assassin’s Creed Mirage will launch for PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 12.
