Bobby Koticka longtime boss Activision Blizzard, will leave the company on December 29. This is done on the basis of an agreement with Microsoft, which bought the publisher a few months ago and which Kotick helped integrate the company. Instead of appointing a direct successor, the organizational structure will change. Over the course of the winter and spring, several more people will end up at Activision Blizzard, usually in managerial (not creative) positions. Phil Spencer also writes in an internal report about modifying the leadership system ZeniMax and Bethesda. A position for Jill Braff with experience from Nintendo or Sega to lead the aforementioned studios (similar to how Alan Hartman now leads Xbox Game Studios). Todd Howard, among others, will report directly to her. There is no change in the position of director of ZeniMax/Bethesda Jamie Leder.
