The Star Wars universe has been reborn again after several years in which it has launched different projects in the form of series. Through an event centered on the universe created by George Lucasthe company announced the arrival of three very interesting films that will tell different very striking stories.
One of these movies will focus primarily on the origin of the first Jedi and will be directed by James Mangold, director of films such as Indiana Jones and the Dial of Fate and Logan, among others. However, initially the American director was going to direct a film centered on Boba Fettthe most famous bounty hunter in the galaxy.
In an interview with Variety, Mangold revealed that the production company contacted him about making a Boba Fett solo film with a Sergio Leone-style spaghetti western approach. However, it seems that those conversations ended in a totally different story and allowed Boba Fett had its leading role through a series in Disney+.
However, there is a lot of interest in knowing more about the film directed by James Mangold in the universe. Star Wars, especially since it will narrate the origins of an order that has been a fundamental pillar in an essential franchise within the film industry. It is not yet known when it will hit theaters, but everything indicates that in a few years we will see this story come true on the big screen.
